Q2. How long is the warranty for your toner cartridge?
A: 24 months calculated from the date when we delivery you the goods.

Q3. What should I do when products have problems?
A: Asseel are responsiable for all the toner cartrige we sold, we need our clients assit to provide us the detailed informaiton for checking the reason, and assure 1:1 return back or refund if the quality problem is caused and proved by our manufacturing process or unsuitable packing.

Q4: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible toner cartridge?
A: No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured
cartridges.Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. Here is what HP says: "HP's warranty: For HP printer products, the use of a non-HP toner cartridge or a refilled toner cartridge does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the customer."

A: Asseel compatible toner cartridges are configured with toner, drum and other parts to meet or exceed OEM specifications using industry testing methods. The testing includes the extremely cold and hot temperature testing, which make our toner cartridges can be printed well from summer and winter.

Q9: How many pages can I print with your compatible toner cartridge?
A: Asseel print pages are exactly the same as original toner cartridges with ISO19752 standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original cartridges.

Q10. How long can I get my order be deliveried?
A:For regular model toner cartridge, it cost 7-10 working days after received deposit or total payment for LCL/20GP, while 10-20 working days after received deposit for 40GP.
